Finding the right Realtor® for you is extremely important in today's competitive real estate market where decisions can cost you thousands of dollars.
Unfortunately, rather than taking the 15-20 hours to interview several agents, most Homeowners become impatient, interview a couple of agents, list their home- only later wishing they had taken more time and spoken to more agents.

You now have an option that will save you time, while multiple agents are interviewed on your behalf.
How does it work? We will find the best agents in your area. Generally, we expect to contact 20-30 agents before narrowing down the field. Screening questions are given to the Realtors®, appointments are set for viewing the home and Realtors® sit down with our representative for interviews. We use a questionnaire designed to determine the qualities, qualifications and marketing strategy of each Realtor®. Upon reviewing the notes we have taken and agreeing to their accuracy, the Realtors® are asked to sign off on the results.
We review the notes from the interviews, share all results with the homeowner and recommend the three agents we feel best fit our customer, the Homeowner. The Homeowner will make the final selection.
So how do we provide this service at no additional cost to you?
Obviously, we don't work for free. We receive a referral fee, based on the commission, from the agent that is selected. Payment is collected at closing.
Our Realtor® Selection Service allows homeowners to find the best agent for them, without spending countless hours contacting and interviewing numerous agents. While this may be a difficult task for the homeowner, it is our business.
