Realtor® Selection Service

Finding the right Realtor® for a homeowner is extremely important in today's competitive real estate market where decisions can cost thousands of dollars.
 
Unfortunately, rather than taking the time to interview several agents, most Homeowners become impatient, interview a couple of agents and list their home - only later wishing they had taken more time and spoken to more agents.
 
This is where REMT, Inc. helps both homeowners and Realtors®.
 
A representative of REMT, Inc. will seek out the best agents in the homeowner's area, narrowing the field down to approximately ten Realtors®. We will interview agents on the owner's behalf, before recommending the three agents we feel are the best fit. The homeowner will make the final selection.

We begin our search the same way many potential buyers do. We know our homeowners want to reach as many potential buyers as possible, so we seek out Realtors® that attract attention not only to themselves, but to their listings.

Once we've narrowed down the field, we use a questionnaire designed to determine the qualities, qualifications and marketing strategy of each Realtor®. Upon reviewing the notes we have taken and agreeing to their accuracy, we ask that the Realtors® sign off on the results. We then review the results with the homeowner and suggest the three agents we feel would be the best fit. The final selection is made by the homeowner.

So how does REMT, Inc. get paid for this service?

Obviously, we don't work for free. We receive a referral fee and payment is
collected at closing. The referral fee is paid to the Broker-of-Record of
Real Estate Marketing Tools, Inc. in Mt. Pleasant, SC., our Brokerage.
